  Scheduling Features
  • Calculates efficient irrigation watering schedules for the selected controller.
  • Allows you to calculate irrigation schedules for an unlimited number of controllers per project file.
  • Creates irrigation watering schedules for standard or drip irrigation systems.
  • Adjustable variables include: Evapotranspiration rates, precipitation rates, soil types, infiltration rates, system efficiencies, allowable depletion and more.
  • Allows for fourteen (14) different soil type selections.
  • Allows for a different root depth and plant factor or landscape coefficient for each month of the year.
  Maximum Applied Water Allowance
  • Used in the design phase to calculate the upper limit, or maximum amount of water applied on an annual basis to the landscaped area.
  • Allows for an unlimited number of areas per project file.
  • Adjustable variables include: Evapotranspiration rates, total irrigated area, system efficiency and plant factor or landscape coefficient.
  • Calculates the ETo Adjustment Factor required by some state agencies.
  Average Demand for the Peak Season

  Estimated Annual Water Usage
  • Estimates the annual water usage for an entire site by hydrozone.
  • Allows for an unlimited number of sites and hydrozones per project file.
  • Adjustable variables include: Evapotranspiration rates, average annual rainfall, percent of usable rainfall, total irrigated area, system efficiency and plant factor or landscape coefficient.
  Reporting Features
  • Allows your company information and the project information to be placed on each report.
  • Allows for the adjustment of the text font size within a report.
  • Allows the minutes runtime per cycle in an irrigation schedule to be shown in minutes only or minutes and seconds.
  • Allows an irrigation schedule to be sorted by station or program.
  • Calculates the minutes runtime per cycle, the number of cycles per day, and the number of days to skip between irrigations for each station on every controller within the project file.
  • Calculates the cost of water based on the irrigation schedule and the Water Cost Database and displays the results by month and an annual total.
  • Reports the final results for Maximum Applied Water Allowance, Average Demand for the Peak Season and Estimated Annual Water Usage in several different units of measurement.
